What makes these picks different
Most horse racing picks come from a person with a view. Ours come from a scoring system that treats every race the same way: it reads recent form, trainer and jockey strike rates, course and going records, market moves, pundit support and official ratings for every runner, adds the evidence into a score, and flags the top-rated horse. You can open any pick and see exactly how its horse racing ratings were built, line by line.
Just as important: the record is public. 12,696 picks in the last 12 months, and at the top of the card 26% winners and 51% placed from 12,696 runs in the last 12 months, wins and losses alike.
How to use today’s picks
Judge any picks over a long sample, never one Saturday. A good week proves nothing; a full year of settled results says something. That is why every pick stays in the record, losers included.
Read a strike rate next to the prices it came at: winning often with short prices and winning less often with long ones are very different records. Decide what you are looking for before you open the card, then test it on the horse racing simulator against the whole record.
