1. Who we are and what this is

These terms govern your use of theracingbot.com and The Racing Bot application (“the Service”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. Contact: info@theracingbot.com.

2. The Service is a software tool

The Racing Bot provides horse racing data, scores, statistics, simulation and automation software. Your subscription is for access to The Racing Bot software and tools. It is not a betting service, we are not a bookmaker, and we never handle, hold or pool your funds. Scores and any related outputs are statistical estimates provided for information only; they are not betting advice and past results never guarantee future results.

3. Automation tools (Max)

Where automation features are enabled, they operate exclusively as follows: you connect your own Betfair Exchange account through Betfair’s secure login (we never see or store your Betfair password); you create and control the settings, rules and instructions; and the software only carries out instructions you have pre-set. The Service never places a bet you have not instructed, never exercises discretion on your behalf, and can be stopped by you at any time. You are responsible for the activity on your own Betfair account and for complying with Betfair’s terms.

4. Age and responsible gambling

The Service is for adults aged 18 or over in jurisdictions where its use is lawful. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. Support is available at BeGambleAware.org and GamCare (gamcare.org.uk). We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are underage.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Pro, Max) bill monthly in GBP via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account page; changes take effect per the proration shown at the time. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

One account per person. Don’t scrape, resell or redistribute the data or scores, attack or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service fast and available but provide it “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
