Gambling should stay a choice, not a habit
The Racing Bot is for adults aged 18 and over. We score races and publish the record. We never place bets, never hold your money and never connect to a betting account. Scores are information, never advice, and most picks lose.
Keep it under control
- Set a limit before you start, and only stake money you can afford to lose.
- Never chase losses. A losing run is normal, including for the bot.
- Use the deposit limits, time-outs and reality checks your bookmaker or exchange has to offer.
- Take breaks, and don’t gamble when you are low, stressed or have been drinking.
Signs it may be becoming a problem
Spending more than you meant to, borrowing to gamble, hiding it from the people close to you, or feeling anxious when you are not gambling are all reasons to talk to someone. It is free and confidential.
