Privacy policy

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account. Subscription data: your plan and billing status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. Product settings: preferences you save in the app, such as odds format, simulator weights and automation rules. Usage basics: standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) kept for security and debugging, plus privacy-respecting analytics if enabled.

What we never collect

We never see or store your Betfair password - any Betfair connection uses Betfair’s own secure login. We never hold your funds and we have no access to move money on any account of yours. We do not buy, sell or trade personal data, and we don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your data

To provide the Service (log you in, remember your plan and settings), to bill your subscription through Stripe, to send transactional email such as verification and password resets through our email provider (Resend), and to keep the Service secure. Legal bases under UK GDPR: performance of contract and legitimate interests in running and protecting the Service.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request. You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to complain to the ICO. Email info@theracingbot.com and we’ll handle it promptly.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie: your session, so you stay signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
